Are you feeling anxious, depressed, stressed, unsure, confused, overwhelmed, guilty, angry or generally unhappy? It’s possible that the reason you’ve landed on this website is because you’re not feeling your best. Your mind may be racing, and your body may be responding with intense feelings. 

Firstly, I applaud your courage to take this vital step for your mental health. It takes a lot of guts and vulnerability. Secondly, I am here to help. So what can you expect from therapy?

Services

I offer both face-to-face and online therapy where sessions are typically 50-60 minutes in duration. The number of sessions depend on your challenges and goals and will be discussed and decided with you during our first session.

If you feel comfortable, we can briefly discuss your needs and I can let you know whether I am able to assist you. In the event that I am not able to, I will be able to refer you to someone who can.
